Designed to support the next generation of legal leaders in the public sector, this program is tailored to the needs of government solicitors. Participants will build the skills necessary to lead with clarity and purpose, motivate teams, navigate complex stakeholder needs and operational environments, and influence positive change within their agencies. With a strong emphasis on the interpersonal and transferable skills needed in a government context, this program blends evidence-informed strategy with lived experience to equip legal leaders to manage real-world organisational challenges and contribute to sustainable public-sector outcomes.
To attend this program, all participants must hold a current solicitor membership with the Law Society of NSW.

Workshop 1: 17 June, 9.00am - 2.00pm
Workshop 2: 8 July, 9.00am - 2.00pm
Workshop 3: 6 August, 9.00am - 2.00pm
Program fees: Participation in the program will cost $650.00 (incl.GST).
