If you would like to make changes to your personal or practice/employment details, please do so by completing the change in personal details form or change in employment details form instead.
NOTE: This form should only be completed by a principal or authorised person (i.e. practice manager) of the law practice.
Please refer to the Register of Solicitors to determine which practice details are currently publicly displayed.
