NOTE: If you had reduced hours of practice owing to part time or casual employment (rule 16.3.4), please provide details of those part-time or casual hours as days or hours worked per week for pro-rata calculations.

NOTE: You are not eligible for an exemption under rule 16.3.6 exemption if you are currently practising as a principal of a law practice.
