This is an application for an exemption from Continuing Professional Development Requirements, in accordance with rule 16 of the Legal Profession Uniform Continuing Professional Development (Solicitors) Rules 2015 (NSW) ( CPD Rules).

NOTE : If you were absent from legal practice ( rule 16.3.3), please provide the specific date period(s) of absence from practice within the CPD year and identify whether you gained any units prior to commencing, or on return from, the leave or absence.

NOTE : If you had reduced hours of practice owing to part time or casual employment ( rule 16.3.4), please provide details of those part-time or casual hours as days or hours worked per week for pro-rata calculations.

NOTE : You are not eligible for an exemption under rule 16.3.6 exemption if you are currently practising as a principal of a law practice.
