Your nominee must be an Australian lawyer and this notice will be saved to your law practice records. In the event of your incapacity or death, your nominee will be contacted by the Law Society and the Law Society Council may at its discretion appoint your nominee under Chapter 6 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW) to manage or wind up your law practice.
