TECHNOLOGICAL TRANSFORMATION SURVEY PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter is The Law Society of New South Wales of 170 Phillip Street, Sydney NSW 2000 ABN 98 696 304 966 (Law Society).
2. Completion of the Technological Transformation Survey and provision of your contact details constitute entry into the Technological Transformation Survey Prize Draw (Prize Draw) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Entry is open to all legal professional members of The Law Society of New South Wales who are over the age of eighteen.
4. To enter, participants must have submitted a completed Technological Transformation Survey and provide their name and contact details.
5. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
6. The Prize Draw is free to enter.
7. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
8. The Prize Draw commences on Monday 5 February 2024 and closes on Friday 23 February 2024.
9. The Prize Draw winner will be drawn on Monday 26 February 2024 at the Promoter’s premises.
10. The winners will be chosen from submitted entries using a computerised random selection program. Entrants all have a fair and equal chance of winning a prize.
11. The winners will be notified by phone or email as soon as reasonably practicable. The names of the winning participants will be published in Monday Briefs on Monday 4 March 2024. By entering the Prize Draw, participants consent to the publication of their names if they are a winner in Monday Briefs on Monday 4 March 2024.
12. Prize details:
Prize Draw entrants will have the chance to win one of five $100 Prezzee Smart e-Gift Card vouchers:

13. Privacy - notice
The Law Society respects your privacy and the confidentiality and security of personal information provided by you to us when you enter the Prize Draw. The Law Society will use each entrant’s personal information for purposes of processing and conducting the Prize Draw.
By entering the Prize Draw, you agree that you have read this notice and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
14. If for any reason the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
15. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
(a) inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information;
(b) non-receipt of entries for any reason;
(c) problems or technical failures of any kind;
(d) unavailability or inaccessibility of any service or website;
(f) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
(f) electronic or human error; or
(g) any damage or loss (direct or indirect) suffered by reason of any act or omission of the Promoter, its employees or contractors in relation to entry into this competition
16. The Promoter does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Prize Draw or being selected as a winner in the Prize Draw.
